Job Summary

Senior Manager – ProjectWise & Autodesk Forma at SES, remote (US). Lead design, configuration, integration and support of Bentley ProjectWise, Autodesk Forma and CADD/BIM collaboration systems across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure and maintain ProjectWise and Autodesk Forma environments to meet enterprise standards.
• Integrate collaboration tools with existing CADD/BIM workflows, ensuring seamless data exchange.
• Provide day‑to‑day operational support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Develop and enforce security policies, access controls and backup/recovery procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT and project teams to define system requirements and roadmaps.
• Lead a technical team, mentor junior staff and manage third‑party vendor relationships.
• Monitor system health, generate usage reports and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of experience with Bentley ProjectWise and Autodesk Forma, including large‑scale deployments.
• Strong knowledge of CADD/BIM workflows, data standards (e.g., IFC, DWG) and cloud‑based collaboration.
• Proven experience in system architecture, integration, security and disaster recovery.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely with teams across the United States.
• U.S. work authorization – candidates must reside on U.S. soil; no Corp‑to‑Corp arrangements.

Compensation

Annual salary: $110,107.76
