Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive field marketing experience, preferably in the food‑service or consumer packaged goods sector.
• Proven track record of leading regional teams and delivering measurable growth.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in budgeting, KPI tracking, and ROI analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities; comfortable influencing senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field; MBA a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 30% for regional events and team visits.
