Sr. Manager, Events

ZO Skin Health, Inc is seeking a Sr. Manager, Events to lead B2B and DTC event strategy in Irvine, Orange County, CA. This senior role oversees trade shows, physician education, ambassador summits and internal corporate gatherings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of B2B events, including trade shows, symposiums, ZO Master Class, and physician education programs.
• Oversee DTC events such as ambassador summits, influencer activations, and consumer experiences in collaboration with the Consumer Marketing team.
• Plan and manage internal corporate events, including the annual Global Sales Meeting, leadership off‑sites, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Develop event budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and ensure cost‑effective delivery while meeting brand standards.
• Analyze event performance metrics, produce post‑event reports, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Lead cross‑functional event teams, providing guidance, training, and clear communication throughout the event lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in event management, preferably within the healthcare, beauty, or consumer‑focused industries.
• Demonstrated success managing large‑scale B2B and DTC events from concept through execution.
• Strong project management skills with proficiency in budgeting, vendor management, and timeline coordination.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities; capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with event management software and CRM platforms; advanced MS Office skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
