Job Summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Sr. Integration Engineer – Epic Bridges/Corepoint in Atlanta, Fulton County, US. This senior role drives design, development, testing and support of HL7 integration engines for clinical and revenue‑cycle systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements for real‑time and batch HL7 interfaces.
• Design, build, configure, and test integration solutions using Epic Bridges and Corepoint.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing interfaces, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
• Collaborate with application coordinators, vendors, and cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including interface specifications, test scripts, and support guides.
• Provide on‑call support and participate in incident management for critical integration failures.
• Stay current with industry standards, HL7 versions, and emerging integration technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with HL7 integration engines, specifically Epic Bridges and Corepoint.
• Strong understanding of clinical and revenue‑cycle applications, data mapping, and message transformation.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) and SQL for data validation.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with interface monitoring tools and performance tuning.

Preferred Experience

• Certifications such as Epic or Corepoint integration specialist.
• Knowledge of other healthcare standards (FHIR, CDA, X12).
• Background in a regulated environment (HIPAA, HITECH).
