Job Summary
Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Sr Financial Analyst Co-Pilot in Bridgewater, Somerset County, US. This senior finance role supports strategic decision‑making and financial planning for a leading nutrition and wellness portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop forecasts, budgets, and long‑term financial models.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, highlighting variances and actionable insights.
- Drive performance reporting for Nestlé Health Science’s diverse product brands, including Garden of Life®, Nature’s Bounty®, and Vital Proteins®.
- Support capital allocation, investment evaluation and ROI analysis for new product launches and R&D initiatives.
- Coordinate with corporate accounting, tax, and compliance teams to ensure accurate financial close processes.
- Lead ad‑hoc financial projects, process improvements and automation initiatives using advanced Excel, Power BI or similar tools.
- Mentor junior analysts, fostering a collaborative finance community.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably in consumer goods, nutrition, or health‑science sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Proficiency in financial planning software, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data‑visualisation tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Compensation
Annual base salary: $140,878.33 (USD). Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off and employee wellness programs.
