Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records in the Sonexus Access platform and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Educate patients on benefit options, copay assistance, and adherence resources.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including sales, clinical, and compliance—to streamline onboarding and qualification processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency through emerging technologies and best‑practice initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in health administration, nursing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in reimbursement, patient access, or pharmacy benefits management.
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and patient assistance programs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency with healthcare IT systems and MS Office; experience with specialty hub platforms preferred.
  • Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Compensation

Annual salary: $49,023.24 (fixed).
