Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with internal teams—including sales, clinical, and compliance—to streamline onboarding and qualification processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency through emerging technologies and best‑practice initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in health administration, nursing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in reimbursement, patient access, or pharmacy benefits management.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and patient assistance programs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency with healthcare IT systems and MS Office; experience with specialty hub platforms preferred.
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Compensation
Annual salary: $49,023.24 (fixed).
