Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in patient access, reimbursement, or medical‑billing roles within the specialty pharma or biotech industry.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance plans, and patient assistance programs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems, claim management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
