  • Provide timely updates to patients and healthcare providers on claim status and any required follow‑up actions.
  • Track and report key performance metrics related to reimbursement success rates and cycle times.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in health‑care administration, finance, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in reimbursement, prior‑authorization, or patient access coordination within the pharmaceutical or specialty drug industry.
  • Strong understanding of insurance concepts, Medicaid/Medicare, and commercial payer processes.
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, with a customer‑centric mindset.
  • Proficiency with CRM/Hub platforms and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
