About This Position

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients, providers, and payers throughout the reimbursement and prior‑authorization process.

- Collaborate with internal Sonexus Access and Patient Support teams to streamline onboarding, qualification, and adherence workflows.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of payer policies, formularies, and emerging reimbursement trends.
- Provide timely updates to patients and healthcare providers on claim status and any required follow‑up actions.
- Track and report key performance metrics related to reimbursement success rates and cycle times.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in health‑care administration, finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in reimbursement, prior‑authorization, or patient access coordination within the pharmaceutical or specialty drug industry.
- Strong understanding of insurance concepts, Medicaid/Medicare, and commercial payer processes.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, with a customer‑centric mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM/Hub platforms and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
