- 10+ years of experience in contracts management, compliance or procurement, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven expertise with contract management software (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar) and advanced reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
- Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS and other government contracting regulations.
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in defense or aerospace contracting environments.
- Project management certification (PMP, PMI‑ACP) or Six Sigma background.
- Familiarity with data governance and security best practices.
