The Senior Contracts Manager, Contracts Systems & Reporting at Amentum in Bismarck, Burleigh County, US leads contract compliance, system initiatives and reporting to ensure regulatory adherence and data‑driven performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the contract compliance program, overseeing audits, risk assessments and corrective actions.
- Lead implementation and continuous improvement of contract management systems, ensuring data integrity and usability.
- Produce and maintain accurate reporting dashboards for senior leadership, finance and operational teams.
- Collaborate with Contracts, Subcontractor Management, Legal, Finance and Operations to align processes and standards.
- Develop and deliver training programs on compliance policies, system usage and best practices.
- Monitor regulatory changes and integrate requirements into internal controls.
- Analyze contract performance metrics to identify cost‑saving and efficiency opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in contracts management, compliance or systems reporting, preferably in government or defense contracting.
- Proven leadership experience managing cross‑functional teams and large‑scale system implementations.
- Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS, DFARS clauses, and other federal contracting regulations.
- Expertise with contract management software (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle) and advanced reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
- Exceptional analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Security clearance eligibility (active or ability to obtain).
Compensation & Benefits
