Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Amentum’s contract compliance program, ensuring all contracts meet federal, state and customer regulations.
• Lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of contract management systems and reporting tools.
• Develop and deliver compliance training and best‑practice guidance for Contracts, Sub‑contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Produce accurate, data‑driven reports for senior leadership to support strategic decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Contracts, Sub‑contractor Management, Finance and Legal teams to resolve compliance issues and optimize processes.
• Monitor key performance indicators, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Stay current on regulatory changes and industry standards, advising the organization on impact and required actions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in contracts management, compliance or systems reporting, preferably in defense, aerospace or government contracting.
• Proven leadership experience managing cross‑functional teams and large‑scale system implementations.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and contract management software.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS and other relevant federal acquisition regulations.

Compensation & Benefits
