Key Responsibilities
- Direct the organization’s contract compliance program, ensuring adherence to federal, state and client regulations.
- Lead the design, deployment and continuous improvement of contract management systems and reporting tools.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI reports and analytics to support data‑driven decision making.
- Coordinate cross‑functional training on compliance policies, system usage and best practices.
- Partner with Contracts, Subcontractors, Finance, Legal and Operations teams to align processes and resolve compliance issues.
- Oversee audit preparation, internal reviews and corrective action plans.
- Manage a team of analysts and specialists, fostering professional development and high performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in contracts management, compliance or systems reporting, preferably in a government‑contracting environment.
- Proven expertise with contract management software (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle OCM) and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of FAR, DFARS and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and multi‑disciplinary teams.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary: $159,660.56
