Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, procurement, and field teams to integrate critical path activities.
• Perform schedule risk analysis, identify float, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Generate regular schedule reports, progress dashboards, and variance analyses for senior leadership and clients.
• Ensure compliance with contract milestones, permitting timelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate schedule reviews, workshops, and progress meetings with stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in construction project scheduling, preferably in complex, multi‑phase developments.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, and schedule analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, critical path method, and project controls.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical schedule data for non‑technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
