About the Role

As a Senior Clinical Data Analyst you will lead the collection, validation, and analysis of clinical trial data, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering actionable insights to support research outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data management plans for multiple clinical studies.
• Perform data cleaning, coding, and validation using CDMS tools (e.g., Medidata Rave, Oracle Clinical).
• Generate statistical reports, tables, listings, and figures for study sponsors.
• Collaborate with biostatisticians, clinical project managers, and CROs to interpret data findings.
• Ensure adherence to GCP, FDA, and ICH guidelines throughout the data lifecycle.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biostatistics, Health Informatics or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in clinical data management and analysis.
• Proficiency with SQL, SAS, R, or Python for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
• Strong knowledge of CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
