Sr. Clinical Data Analyst (Remote)

Job Summary

DivIHN Integration Inc is seeking a Sr. Clinical Data Analyst to work remotely from anywhere in the United States. This 12‑month contract offers a competitive salary between $137,280 and $147,680.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop study‑specific annotated case report forms (CRFs) and comprehensive database documentation.
• Create edit check specifications, data handling conventions, and detailed data entry instructions.
• Program and validate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) scripts using SAS, R, or Python.
• Conduct data quality reviews, resolve discrepancies, and generate data clarification queries.
• Collaborate with clinical project managers, biostatisticians, and CROs to ensure data integrity throughout the study lifecycle.
• Prepare data deliverables, including data listings, tables, figures, and summary reports for interim and final analyses.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with FDA, ICH GCP, and CDISC standards.
• Provide mentorship to junior data analysts and support cross‑functional team training.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in clinical data management or data analysis within pharmaceutical or CRO environments.
• Proficiency in SAS, SQL, R, or Python for data manipulation and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of CDISC SDTM, ADaM, and GCP guidelines.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple study timelines.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems such as Medidata Rave or Oracle Clinical.
• Familiarity with regulatory submission packages (e.g., NDA, BLA).
• Certification in Clinical Data Management (e.g., CDE, CDM).
