Sr. Clinical Data Analyst (Remote)

DivIHN Integration Inc is seeking a Sr. Clinical Data Analyst to work remotely from anywhere in California, US. This 6‑month W2 contract offers a competitive salary between $137,280 and $147,680.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and annotate case report forms (CRFs) tailored to each clinical study.
• Create and maintain comprehensive database documentation, including data dictionaries and metadata.
• Develop edit check specifications and data handling conventions to ensure data integrity.
• Perform data extraction, cleaning, and validation across multiple therapeutic areas.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—clinical operations, biostatistics, and medical writing—to resolve data queries.
• Generate routine data reports, tables, and visualizations for interim and final analyses.
• Support regulatory submissions by ensuring data compliance with CDISC, FDA, and ICH guidelines.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior analysts on best practices and tooling.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in clinical data management or data analysis within CROs, pharma, or biotech.
• Proficiency with CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM), SAS, R, SQL, and data management systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, Oracle Clinical).
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet tight project timelines.
