Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation, maintenance, and validation of Affera mapping configurations across multiple therapeutic areas.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Asheville, Chattanooga, Paducah and other sites to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Develop and execute test plans, troubleshoot mapping issues, and provide technical guidance to junior staff.
• Document mapping standards, best practices, and process improvements.
• Support regulatory submissions and internal audits with accurate mapping documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Health Informatics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data mapping, clinical data management, or similar roles within the medical device industry.
• Proficiency with Affera, SAS, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while coordinating with dispersed teams.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with CAS (Clinical Application Systems) and regulatory standards such as FDA 21 CFR Part 11.
• Project management certification or experience leading multi‑site initiatives.
