Key Responsibilities

• Install, trim, and finish spray foam insulation in new construction and retrofit projects.
• Interpret blueprints, job orders, and building codes to ensure proper coverage and thickness.
• Operate spray equipment safely, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized work site and adhere to all safety protocols, including PPE usage.
• Communicate with project managers, contractors, and homeowners to explain installation processes and address concerns.
• Document work completed, material usage, and job times accurately for billing and reporting.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on spray foam insulation experience (must be listed on application).
