Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing evaluations for skilled nursing facility residents.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on physician orders.
• Provide 10‑20 hours of therapy per week, adjusting schedule to meet resident needs.
• Document assessments, progress notes, and outcomes in the electronic health record.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology and state licensure in Ohio.

• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible PRN schedule.
