Job Summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide part‑time services to 7th–12th grade students in Blanding, San Juan County, Utah. This contract role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to make a direct impact on students’ communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for middle and high school students.
• Develop individualized therapy plans aligned with school curricula and state standards.
• Deliver direct therapy sessions in classroom or resource room settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to integrate communication goals into daily activities.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and progress reports in compliance with state regulations.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and provide recommendations for classroom accommodations.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
• Active SLP license in the state of Utah.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Speech‑Language Pathologist.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with adolescents.
• Knowledge of evidence‑based therapy techniques and educational regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a school or educational setting.
• Familiarity with telepractice platforms for supplemental services.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $59,169.19 annually (contract rate). Part‑time schedule with flexible hours.
