About This Position
Pearson is seeking a Specialist, Partnership Management in Boise, Ada County, US. The role supports new and existing Board members throughout the entire Board lifecycle, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and engaging experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary concierge for Board members, handling onboarding, orientation, and ongoing support.
- Coordinate logistics for Board meetings, including venue setup, virtual platform management, and material distribution.
- Maintain accurate Board records, governance documents, and compliance trackers.
- Facilitate training sessions, policy briefings, and continuous education for Board members.
- Serve as the liaison between Board members and internal departments such as Legal, Finance, and Communications.
- Prepare and edit meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, and post‑meeting follow‑ups.
- Monitor and report on Board engagement metrics and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in partnership, stakeholder, or Board relations management.
- Exceptional organizational and project‑management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities; comfortable presenting to senior executives.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, board‑portal software, and virtual meeting platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Compensation & Benefits
