Job Summary
Pearson is seeking a Specialist, Partnership Management in Washington, D.C., US. The role supports new and existing Board members throughout the entire Board lifecycle, ensuring seamless onboarding, training, meeting logistics, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary concierge for Board members, handling onboarding, orientation, and ongoing support.
- Coordinate and manage all Board meeting logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, virtual platform setup, and distribution of materials.
- Maintain accurate Board documentation, ensuring compliance with governance policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and disseminate meeting agendas, minutes, and post‑meeting follow‑ups.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align Board initiatives with Pearson’s strategic goals.
- Track and report on Board engagement metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, governance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in partnership, Board relations, or high‑level stakeholder management.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, board portals, and virtual meeting platforms.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Compensation
Salary: $82,570.23 annually.
