Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Board members throughout their tenure.
- Coordinate onboarding, training sessions, and compliance documentation.
- Manage logistics for Board meetings, including venue setup, virtual platforms, and material distribution.
- Maintain accurate records of Board activities, decisions, and governance requirements.
- Collaborate with internal legal, finance, and communications teams to ensure Board initiatives align with corporate policies.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow‑up action items.
- Provide timely support for Board member inquiries and resolve any operational issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in partnership, stakeholder, or Board relations management.
- Exceptional organizational and project‑management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, virtual meeting tools, and document management systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Compensation
Salary: $114,013 annually.
