Job Summary
Pearson is seeking a Specialist, Partnership Management to serve as the primary support partner for Board members in Cedar, Cole County, US. This role ensures a seamless Board experience through comprehensive onboarding, training, logistics, and governance support.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as concierge for new and existing Board members throughout the entire Board lifecycle.
- Coordinate onboarding processes, including documentation, background checks, and compliance training.
- Schedule and manage Board meetings, prepare agendas, distribute materials, and record minutes.
- Maintain accurate Board member records and ensure timely renewal of certifications and disclosures.
- Serve as the main point of contact for Board inquiries, providing prompt and professional assistance.
- Collaborate with internal legal, compliance, and governance teams to uphold Board policies.
- Track and report on Board engagement metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Board relations, partnership management, or high‑level stakeholder support.
- Exceptional organizational and project‑management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, board management software, and virtual meeting platforms.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Compensation
Salary: $86,292.96 annually.
