Job Summary
Pearson is seeking a Specialist, Partnership Management in Trenton, Mercer County, US. You will act as the dedicated concierge for new and existing Board members, guiding them through onboarding, training, meetings, and governance compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Board members throughout their lifecycle.
- Coordinate onboarding activities, including document collection, background checks, and orientation sessions.
- Maintain accurate Board member records in compliance with corporate governance policies.
- Organize and schedule Board meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting materials.
- Track and report on Board training completion and compliance metrics.
- Facilitate communication between Board members, senior leadership, and internal departments.
- Manage logistics for Board events, travel arrangements, and accommodations.
- Support the Board Relations & Governance team with data analysis and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in partnership, stakeholder, or Board support roles.
- Strong organizational and project‑management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and governance software platforms.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Compensation
Salary: $85,429.75 annually.
