Key Responsibilities

• Curate and manage an extensive wine list that reflects the restaurant’s Italian heritage and contemporary flair.
• Provide expert wine recommendations and pairings to guests, enhancing their dining experience.
• Train and mentor front‑of‑house staff on wine service standards and tasting techniques.
• Oversee inventory control, ordering, and cost management to meet budgetary targets.
• Collaborate with Chef Massimo Bottura’s culinary team to design seasonal wine pairings.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sommelier in fine‑dining establishments, preferably with Italian cuisine.
