Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and grow a multidisciplinary engineering team of developers, architects and data engineers.

• Establish best practices for code quality, CI/CD pipelines, testing and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).

• Strong background in ERP systems, preferably within metal or manufacturing industries.
• Proficiency with modern programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Demonstrated experience in micro‑services architecture, RESTful APIs and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
