Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4‑6 mainframe developers delivering high‑performance retail and deposit applications.
• Design, code, test, and maintain COBOL, PL/I, and CICS programs supporting core banking services.
• Collaborate with product owners, QA, and infrastructure teams to define requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best‑practice standards.

Required Qualifications
