Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data integration pipelines connecting client systems to the AI platform.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and client teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Implement, test, and troubleshoot integrations using REST, SOAP, GraphQL, and event‑driven architectures.
- Build automated monitoring, logging, and alerting for data flows to ensure reliability and performance.
- Provide on‑site support (~10% travel) to client locations for deployment, training, and issue resolution.
- Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and best‑practice standards across the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably with integrations, ETL, or data pipelines.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or Java; experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with API design, authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT), and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Strong problem‑solving skills, excellent communication, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
