Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and related tools.
• Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to translate requirements into scalable robotic process automation (RPA) workflows.
• Integrate UiPath bots with existing enterprise systems, APIs, and databases.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and RPA developers.
• Monitor bot performance in production, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements.
• Document architecture, design decisions, and operational procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 1 year focused on UiPath RPA.
• Proficiency in .NET (C#), SQL, and RESTful APIs.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a passion for automation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in Agile teams.
• UiPath Certified RPA Developer (preferred).
