Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high‑quality software applications in an Agile environment.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code following best practices and coding standards.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot defects, and implement performance optimizations.
• Participate in daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
• Ensure on‑site presence at the approved Charlotte location for team collaboration and client interactions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
