Job Summary

NTT America, Inc. is hiring a Software Development Specialist Advisor to work remotely from Tarrytown, Travis County, Texas, USA. This role focuses on delivering advanced software solutions and advising on best practices for cloud‑based development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications on Azure cloud platforms.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with architects, data engineers, and product owners to define solution requirements.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure code quality, security standards, and compliance with industry best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, technical workshops, and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in a consulting or advisory capacity.
• Strong expertise in Azure services (App Service, Functions, Kubernetes, DevOps).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with database technologies (SQL, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL).
• Solid understanding of cloud security, networking, and scalability concepts.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.

Preferred Experience

• Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-204, AZ-303).
• Background in data engineering, big‑data pipelines, or AI/ML integration.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Compensation

Salary range: $115,985.51 per year.
