Job Summary
Oracle is hiring a Software Development Snr Manager in Wyoming, Kent County, US. Lead a talented team to design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software for databases, applications, tools, and networks while managing the full software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and grow a team of software engineers, ensuring high‑quality delivery.
- Design and oversee software architecture for applications, operating systems, and database solutions.
- Manage the end‑to‑end development process: planning, coding, debugging, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
