Oracle is seeking a Software Development Snr Manager to lead a high‑performing engineering team in Phoenix, Maricopa County, US. This role oversees the design, development, debugging, and maintenance of software solutions for databases, applications, tools, and networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers throughout the full development lifecycle.
• Define architecture and design standards for database, application, and system software.
• Plan, prioritize, and allocate development tasks to meet project milestones and quality goals.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure robust debugging and testing processes.
• Collaborate with product owners, QA, and infrastructure teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Required Qualifications
