Key Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management, performing system start‑ups and cash handling.
• Prepare the sales floor and stockroom for the business day, including unlocking the back door for deliveries.
• Process product returns, order voids, customer refunds, and cash drops to the safe.
• Provide accurate change to cash registers and assist associates as needed.
