Key Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including system start‑ups and cash handling procedures.
• Receive deliveries by opening the back door, verify invoices, and stock merchandise.
• Process product returns, order voids, customer refunds, and perform cash drops to the safe.
• Provide accurate change to registers and assist associates with register transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom to ensure readiness for each business day.
• Model Walgreens’ service standards and coach team members to deliver a distinctive, delightful customer experience.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels, perform basic merchandising tasks, and report shrinkage.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and loss‑prevention policies.
