Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow ITSM and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions for multiple client engagements.
• Lead technical workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow configurations.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices, integrations, and process automation within the ITSM and SPM modules.
