Technovision, Inc. is seeking a part‑time ServiceNow ITSM – PPM Business Process Consultant to work remotely from anywhere in the US. This role supports client projects by designing, configuring, and optimizing ServiceNow ITSM and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow ITSM and PPM solutions.
• Configure, customize, and test ServiceNow modules (ITSM, SPM/PPM) to meet project specifications.
• Provide process documentation, user training, and post‑implementation support.
