Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and optimize business processes within ServiceNow ITSM and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, and reports to meet client requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for IT Service Management (ITSM) and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and clients to gather requirements and deliver solutions on schedule.
• Conduct testing, training, and knowledge transfer sessions for end‑users.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and project deliverables.

Required Qualifications

• Active ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (CIS‑ITSM).
• Active ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM (CIS‑SPM).
• Proven experience as a Business Process Consultant in ServiceNow ITSM and PPM environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
