Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support end‑to‑end integrations between ServiceNow and electronic health record (EHR) systems, lab information systems, and other clinical platforms.
• Implement integration patterns such as REST, SOAP, HL7, FHIR, and secure file transfers.
• Collaborate with business analysts and healthcare stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain integration documentation, version control, and change‑management processes.
• Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolution.
