Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for IT Operations Management, Hardware Asset Management, and Software Asset Management modules.
- Design and configure ServiceNow solutions to align with enterprise architecture and process improvement goals.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into functional specifications.
- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing, and post‑implementation support.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles.

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
