Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end implementation of the EndoSign service for hospital and laboratory partners.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (clinical, regulatory, product, IT) to ensure seamless integration.
- Develop and deliver training programs for clinical staff and site coordinators.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and KPIs, reporting progress to senior leadership.
- Identify and resolve technical or operational issues during rollout.
- Gather client feedback to inform product enhancements and service improvements.
- Maintain compliance with UK and US regulatory requirements throughout implementation.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing service implementation or project delivery in life‑sciences, diagnostics or medical devices.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and laboratory processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel to client sites across the UK and occasional trips to the US.
- Project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering discipline.
