Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of the EndoSign service for hospital and laboratory partners.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (clinical, regulatory, product, IT) to ensure seamless integration.
• Develop and deliver training programs for clinical staff and site coordinators.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and KPIs, reporting progress to senior leadership.
• Identify and resolve technical or operational issues during rollout.
• Gather client feedback to inform product enhancements and service improvements.
• Maintain compliance with UK and US regulatory requirements throughout implementation.

Required Skills & Experience
