About This Position
First American is hiring a Service Desk Technician in Santa Ana, Orange County, CA. This full‑time role supports internal users with technical issues while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first‑level support for hardware, software, and network problems via phone, ticketing system, and on‑site visits.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within established service‑level agreements.
- Document solutions and maintain knowledge‑base articles for repeat issues.
- Escalate complex problems to senior engineers while ensuring clear communication with users.
- Assist with onboarding of new employees, including device provisioning and access setup.

Qualifications & Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in a service desk or help‑desk environment.

- Familiarity with Active Directory, VPN, and basic networking concepts.
