Job Summary
ZOLL Medical is seeking a Senior Warehouse Manager for its Distribution Center in Wilmington, Middlesex County, US. Lead a high‑performing team, oversee inventory control, and ensure seamless shipping and receiving operations while supporting life‑saving medical technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put‑away, order picking, packing, and shipping.
- Supervise a team of warehouse supervisors, associates, and contractors, providing coaching and performance feedback.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels using WMS; conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, FDA, and ZOLL quality standards for medical device handling and storage.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and meet on‑time delivery targets.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and customer service to resolve order issues and optimize supply‑chain flow.
- Prepare and monitor budget, labor forecasts, and KPI reporting for warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of progressive warehouse management experience, preferably in a regulated medical‑device environment.
- Strong knowledge of WMS, ERP systems, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate large, diverse teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
Compensation & Benefits
