Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using C#, .NET, Java, or Python.
• Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate complex software systems.
• Execute functional, integration, performance, and security tests, and analyze results to identify defects.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and QA leads to ensure high‑quality releases.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and code quality.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of test procedures, defect logs, and test metrics.
• Mentor junior test engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software testing with strong programming skills.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: C#, .NET, Java, or Python.
• Hands‑on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, NUnit, pytest).
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Public Trust (MBI) security clearance or ability to obtain it.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

• Experience testing healthcare or government applications, especially VA systems.
