Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive verification plans for embedded software and hardware.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (software, hardware, product management) to define quality criteria and test strategies.
• Design automated test frameworks and scripts to improve test coverage and efficiency.
• Identify, reproduce, and track defects using industry‑standard tools; drive root‑cause analysis and resolution.
• Perform performance, stress, and reliability testing to ensure devices meet stringent uptime requirements.
• Maintain detailed test documentation, metrics, and reporting dashboards for stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in quality assurance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software quality engineering for embedded systems.
• Proficiency with C/C++, Python, and scripting languages for test automation.
• Hands‑on experience with hardware‑in‑the‑loop (HIL) and system‑level testing.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and test management tools.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with real‑time operating systems (RTOS) and low‑level firmware.
• Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, MQTT) and industrial communication standards.

Compensation
