Job Summary

Quantcast is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its London, Laurel County (US) office. This role focuses on building and scaling AI‑powered advertising technology within Quantcast’s Demand Side Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance services for the AI‑driven DSP.
• Collaborate with product, data science, and infrastructure teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Implement scalable algorithms for audience targeting, bidding, and measurement.
• Drive code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration.
• Optimize system performance and reliability in a cloud‑native environment.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical road‑maps.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or Go and modern OOP principles.
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of machine learning pipelines and data processing frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Compensation
