Job Summary

Oracle is hiring a Senior Software Developer in Five Points, Wake County, US to lead the design and development of core components for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end software design, implementation, and delivery of major cloud infrastructure services.
• Write clean, high‑performance code across the full stack, from low‑level system modules to distributed APIs.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and fellow engineers in an agile environment to define requirements and release schedules.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable distributed systems that meet security, reliability, and performance standards.

Required Qualifications

• Deep understanding of distributed systems concepts: consensus algorithms, fault tolerance, networking, and storage.

• Proven ability to solve complex problems, write maintainable code, and work effectively in cross‑functional teams.
