Key Responsibilities

• Architect, code, test, and deploy high‑quality software applications supporting infrastructure resiliency, contact‑center operations, and strategic communications.
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best‑practice development standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including program management, IT, and engineering—to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Maintain and improve existing systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Provide technical guidance for client projects, especially those serving government agencies such as the US Coast Guard.

Required Qualifications
