Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end development of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and automated workflows.
• Collaborate with Coast Guard stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Implement and enforce the Software Lifecycle Management Plan (SLMP) to ensure rapid, secure delivery.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance of existing ServiceNow modules.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to best‑practice standards across the team.

Required Qualifications
